"I worked with Julie to find and buy my new home in Grand Rapids and she was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I was living outside of Washington DC and looking to move up to the East Grand Rapids area and Julie was so accommodating to show homes virtually and even allowed for some of my local friends to tag along on every showing so that I felt confident in my decisions for each home with a second in-person opinion. She was always helpful with pointing out flaws and features of each home in the virtual tours and did a great job of giving me a feel of the layout and size of the areas which can be difficult to determine virtually. In the end Julie helped me to secure the perfect home for me and I am very thankful for her help throughout the buying process!

Throughout the closing process Julie’s team had Shannon available to assist me in working with the mortgage lender, title company, and sellers to ensure for a smooth close. Shannon was very helpful in answering all of my questions and working with all of the critical parties to ensure that we closed on the home without any issue. In fact, we were even able to close a week early!
